The B2 visa is for those visiting the U.S. for:

Eligibility & Requirements

• Valid passport with at least 6 months validity
• Proof of strong ties to your home country (job, family, property)
• Financial ability to cover expenses during your stay
• Purpose and duration of visit clearly defined
• No intent to immigrate or overstay

Visa Duration & Validity

• Typically valid for 10 years (multiple entry)
• Allowed stay: up to 6 months per visit

Application Process

• Complete DS-160 online visa application
• Pay visa application fee (currently $185 USD)
• Schedule visa interview at your nearest U.S. Embassy/Consulate
